This should not be an issue in your glass structure any more than it would be in other types of kitchen extension. Solarlux glass extensions use high-tech glazing and advanced thermal breaks in all the profiles (frames) to minimise the effects of condensation while also reducing heat transfer between the inside of your kitchen and the outdoors.
