The lift-and-slide doors of the SL178 run on two anodised silver tracks, with the possible configurations based on two panels or four panels as follows and as shown in the image here (as viewed from inside):

• Two-pane door: one fixed panel and one sliding panel which can move either left or right.
• Four-pane door: two fixed outer panes and two central panels with one moving to the right and one to the left.

The opening will always be 50% of the total aperture, with the dimensions depending on the size of the panes.
